Updated utorrent for linux script for systemd

Recently ubuntu decided to switch from upstart to systemd as the primary mechanism for running service.

As a result I needed to update my utorrent script. As great as utorrent for linux (headless) is it does not contain an startup system script which is perplexing. Hopefully others will find this script useful as a system startup script for the utorrent service.

i'm looking into linux for the first time; i had no idea that simply installing a program takes all that work. Are all programs this tricky? would i have to go through all for this to install chrome or firefox? and games! thanks
